This project-based role allows experienced therapists to take assignments based on their availability and preferred locations. As you perform assessments, you will evaluate clients' functional abilities, home safety needs, and support requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client assessments in community settings • Assess activities of daily living (ADLs)



and functional abilities • Complete home and environmental safety evaluations • Document skilled recommendations accurately • Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams

Requirements: • Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • At least 1 year of client assessment experience • Expertise in home and mobility equipment assessments • Solid clinical reasoning and documentation skills • Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
