As part of Ledcor's HS&E; team, you will work closely with field supervisors to conduct inspections and develop effective safety strategies. Your experience in risk assessment and safety training will be integral in fostering a culture of safety and compliance. Develop solid relationships with operational teams and facilitate improvements in HS&E; processes to support project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Inspect work areas and advise on safety compliance • Provide safety orientation and training for recent employees • Collaborate with HS&E; management on procedure revision • Maintain relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers • Monitor and audit HS&E; plans for accuracy

Requirements: • 3+ years in construction or telecommunications safety roles • Must possess a valid driver's license • Certificate in occupational health and safety is preferred • Demonstrated risk assessment and training skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
