The Care Company is looking for an experienced Clinical Risk & Administrative Manager (RPN/RN) to provide leadership within home care operations. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 10 years in nursing and 5 years of hands-on experience in home care. Your responsibilities will include overseeing nursing operations, managing client risks, and ensuring compliance while addressing staff concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing field staff and operations
• Track client risks and manage incident reporting




• Address client and employee concerns promptly
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and policies
• Support staff education, onboarding, and mentorship
Requirements:
• RPN or RN in positive standing with CNO
• At least 10 years of nursing experience
• 5 years of home care field experience in the GTA
• Solid clinical understanding and investigative experience
• Leadership experience is preferred
