Travel: Occasional (field sites, terminals, branches, vendors)

One of our largest agricultural clients is looking to bring in a Sr. Business Analyst – Digital Supply Chain to play a critical role in designing, enabling, and scaling digitally-enabled supply chain capabilities across our North American operations. This role sits at the intersection of field operations, supply chain execution, digital platforms, and data. The successful candidate will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, IT, Data, and external technology partners to translate real-world operational workflows into scalable, standardized, and measurable digital solutions that drive safety, service, cost, and productivity outcomes. This role requires deep analytical capability, strong process thinking, comfort operating in complex operational environments, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation.

Responsibilities
Design, enable, and scale digitally-enabled supply chain capabilities across North American operations.
Translate real-world operational workflows into scalable, standardized,



and measurable digital solutions that drive safety, service, cost, and productivity outcomes.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, IT, Data, and external technology partners to bridge business needs with technical implementation.
Work at the intersection of field operations, supply chain execution, digital platforms, and data.
Apply deep analytical capability and process thinking to operate effectively in complex settings.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or industrial operations.
Solid data experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Proven experience in process mapping, requirements engineering, and cross-functional delivery.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain execution concepts.
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SAP (S/4 preferred).
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong written documentation and verbal communication skills.
