Elevate your career at Bombardier as a Senior Engineer, specializing in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). You'll be integral in safeguarding aircraft against electromagnetic interference.

In this senior role, you will work under the Engineering EMC Section Chief and play a vital part within the Functional, Systems, Research, and Technology team. Your main focus will be to lead EMC assignments centered on Lightning, EMI, and HIRF compliance. You will be responsible for analyses, project defining, and guiding junior team members while ensuring all regulatory standards are met for our aircraft’s safety.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead complex EMC engineering and analytical assignments • Drive resolution of electromagnetic issues for production support • Define and plan project activities with risk assessments • Analyze system designs for EMC compliance approaches • Mentor junior engineers and interns during projects

Requirements: • Electrical Engineering or similar degree • Over 8 years of EMC experience in aerospace • 4 years of relevant aerospace certification exposure • Knowledge of RTCA/DO-160 and related standards • Proven problem-solving and effective communication skills
