Key Responsibilities: • Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment • Conduct inspections and safety toolbox meetings • Assist with labor duties like crack sealing and pothole repair • Support planning and quality monitoring for road work • Address health, safety, and workplace concerns promptly
Requirements: • Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license • Previous supervisory experience in highway maintenance • Solid understanding of highway maintenance standards • Snow plow operation experience preferred • Excellent communication and computer skills
