In this full time role, you'll manage day-to-day maintenance activities while implementing long-term strategies for equipment performance and preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily operations and improve maintenance team efficiency • Develop planning and scheduling for maintenance work • Measure and track equipment performance metrics • Optimize preventive maintenance programs and suppliers • Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing regulations

Requirements: • 5+ years in maintenance or engineering leadership roles • Solid understanding of automated systems and robotics • Proven experience with PM schedules and procurement • Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks required • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
