Senior Project Manager with an Electrical Engineering background

to support design and construction activities for major long-term care facility development projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the technical design of electrical systems for healthcare or similar institutional buildings. Additionally, a solid understanding of Applicable Building Codes, CSA, ASHRAE, and other relevant standards is essential. A certified Qualified Engineer designation is also required. Project Description The Long-Term Care (LTC) portfolio is well underway with three separate new construction projects in various stages of design. The new LTC facilities will provide a combined total of 600 beds across the Fraser Valley.



Highlights for the recent LTC facilities include: Three 200-bed long-term care facilities with a focus on single-bed rooms for more home-like care settings; An array of resident care including standard rooms, bariatric rooms, oxygen dependent rooms and behavioural units; A variety of amenities to allow for improved level of care such as rehab facilities, activity kitchen, art room and spiritual space; Day program for older adults with 32 spaces; This
