Your expertise will guide the planning, controlling, and evaluation of fleet activities to ensure maximum equipment performance and sustainability. The role encompasses supporting cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Implement standardized asset management practices • Work with procurement to select the best assets • Advise on timing for asset disposal • Facilitate mobilization and demobilization of equipment • Analyze KPIs for performance assessment
Requirements: • 10+ years in fleet management • Ability to manage high volumes under tight deadlines • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel as required • Previous construction site experience is a plus
