Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive leadership over all distribution operations
• Develop Operations and Warehouse Managers to enhance team capabilities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and equipment readiness




• Create and implement annual operational plans aligned with corporate goals
• Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or operations preferred
• Minimum 10 years in leadership roles within distribution
• Proven operational optimization and budget management
• Solid safety compliance and inventory control experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
