As a Financial Planning Analyst with RJC, you will become an integral part of our Finance team, supporting treasury and FP&A; functions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to drive improvements in financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and present cash flow and working capital forecasts
• Optimize short-term investments and monitor cash flow
• Collaborate with departments to maintain share registry and records
• Assist with P&L; budgeting and analysis of operational KPIs




• Aid in continuous improvement through automation and BI tools
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
• 4+ years in FP&A; or similar roles
