Qualifications
Related education and/or previous experience in a similar industry
Experience in construction, masonry or trades
Basic understanding of plumbing
Basic math skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to lift upwards of 200 lbs. assisted
Work with a team and make sound decisions
Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities




Correctly install laminate/solid surface countertops on site, while maintaining a skilled demeanor
Cleanly remove the existing countertop and plumbing if required
Respond to customer inquiries and/or concerns while on the job site
Contact office to resolve any concerns that cannot be addressed on the job site
Troubleshoot technical problems related to the installation as they arise
Work as closely to the schedule as possible and contact customer if running behind
Maintain company vehicle interior and exterior to the Companies standards
Regular bending, kneeling and twisting
Ability to work overtime as required
Regular local travel to clients homes and occasional out of town work
Other duties as assigned
