Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational management within Snow Sports area
• Support scheduling and delivery of programs




• Mentor and train instructors and team members

• Monitor safety and compliance procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
• CSIA / PSIC / CASI Level 3 or equivalent
• Robust leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Knowledge of Flaik and RTP software an asset
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
