Key Responsibilities:
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and develop professional practice strategies
• Ensure Accreditation Readiness for Spring 2027
• Analyze and track patient safety metrics for informed decisions




• Collaborate with clinical educators and externs for effective learning
• Create high-quality orientation and training materials
Requirements:
• BScN and current Ontario College of Nurses registration
• Solid knowledge of nursing practice and quality improvement principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Quality of Care reviews
