Key Responsibilities:



• Assign and manage CCA student practicum placements • Build robust partnerships with long-term and community care providers • Track student eligibility and practicum completion • Ensure accurate records and schedules are maintained • Support student safety and competency monitoring

Requirements: • Current RN or LPN registration with NSCN • Minimum of six years of nursing experience • Knowledge of healthcare standards and person-centred care • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills • Experience mentoring or supervising healthcare students
