Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Term: Contract (12 months)

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, current (as-is) and future-state business processes, and pain points.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering/refinement sessions with Product Owners, architects, tech leads, and other stakeholders.
Analyze business requirements and recommend the best Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions. Where gaps exist, propose suitable custom solutions in collaboration with technical and UX teams.
Prepare and present solution options to the Salesforce Design Authority for review and approval.
Perform POCs and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and data, and present recommendations to Product Owners.
Create functional deliverables, including refined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Confluence.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and lead backlog refinement sessions.
Support QA by providing functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases,



and assisting with defect triage and resolution.
Ensure all Salesforce solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst/Lead.
3+ years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in large-scale, highly regulated enterprise environments.
Robust understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, and financial compliance.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and integrations with core banking systems and data lakes.
Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, executives, senior leadership, architects, and technical teams.
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and enterprise DevOps practices.
