The Role
We are looking for a full time Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Wainfleet.
You will meet with Buyers and Sellers, show properties, host open houses, generate leads, list homes, negotiate offers, and guide clients through every step of the transaction. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and creating your own success, this could be a outstanding fit.
What We're Looking For
Solid people and communication skills
Self motivated and driven to succeed
Sales experience is an asset
Organized and able to manage multiple clients
Ontario Real Estate licence or willingness to get licensed
Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and social media
Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
Real Estate experience is an asset but not required
