Key Responsibilities: • Lead annual operating and quarterly forecasting processes • Own financial planning and performance reporting • Advise CFO, CEO, and Senior Leadership on strategy • Shape strategic direction of Finance initiatives • Conduct Board and lender reporting with compliance assurance
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field • 15+ years finance experience, including 10+ in FP&A; • Strong SaaS metrics knowledge • Exceptional communication and financial modeling skills • CPA or MBA preferred
