Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective working methodologies
• Lead communications between internal stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in mechanical, industrial, or aeronautical engineering
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• Detailed understanding of quality and production processes
• Solid leadership aptitude
