Key Responsibilities: • Lead design and execution of the Grow Quebec Strategy • Ensure alignment of initiatives with the bank’s overall objectives • Oversee planning, resourcing,

Requirements: • 10-15+ years in strategy execution or program management • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field • Proven experience with complex portfolios and stakeholder management • Solid ability to support executive decision-making • Knowledge of Banking and Wealth Management products
