About the job Credit and Collections Representative

We are seeking a collections representative who is ready to dive into a fast-paced role focused on asset protection, delinquent account management, and relationship-building with our customers. As a key player on our team, you’ll have the prospect to connect with customers across phone, chat, email, and text messaging—providing them with clear, compassionate, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Protect and recover assets by handling collections on delinquent accounts.
- Prevent losses and control delinquent balances effectively.
- Maintain consistent, qualified communication with customers through various channels (phone, chat, email, and text).
- Show initiative to continually learn, grow, and enhance your skills.
- Effectively prioritize and shift focus between tasks as needed,



ensuring proper attention to each responsibility without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For in You:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collections.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that create positive, productive customer experiences.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and remain focused on desired results.
- Resilience and determination to achieve results, even when faced with challenges.
- A team-oriented mindset that thrives in a high-energy environment.
- Has a strong work ethic, is dependable, and is always eager to learn.
- Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to type 30+ words per minute.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
