In this essential role, you will oversee daily operations of the Housing Department while driving landlord engagement strategies. Your responsibilities include problem-solving escalated cases, coordinating with the Housing Manager, and leading a dedicated team. You will facilitate housing placements and ensure productive service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations of the Opening Doors Durham program
• Build relationships with landlords, property managers, and partners
• Ensure timely processing of referrals and documentation




• Conduct quality assurance audits for data accuracy
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance housing opportunities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in housing
• Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of anti-oppression and housing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and insurance required
