As a Support Home Supervisor, your mission is to advocate for and empower individuals with disabilities. You will oversee care provision, manage crisis situations, and ensure a protected living environment while supporting personal success. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities promoting personal care and independence
• Create inclusive recreational opportunities in and out of the home




• Engage with clients to encourage their personal growth

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
