Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and driving cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will be expected to establish financial discipline, manage risks, and provide leadership in technology modernization and operational process optimization. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA and professional financial designation. The role demands a leader with solid retail instincts, excellent judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Experience in technology transformation and a background in retail, consumer products, or multi-channel environments are essential. The CFO will also be involved in talent discussions, organizational design, and will act as a stabilizing presence during periods of rapid growth and operational complexity.
