Your role will involve programming and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines while collaborating with toolmakers and engineers. Attention to detail in interpreting CAD drawings will be crucial for meeting project specifications and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines • Develop programs using Cimatron software • Interpret technical drawings, apply GD&T; • Set up tooling, optimize machining processes • Collaborate with engineers and designers
Requirements: • 5+ years of CNC programming experience • Strong machining background in 3-axis and 5-axis • Proficiency in Cimatron preferred • Experience in blueprint reading and precision measurement • Authorized to work in Canada, local commute required
