This is a hands-on position for a certified Industrial Millwright (Mechanic) who excels in diagnosing and fixing equipment failures. You will use your knowledge of electrical principles, pneumatic systems, and plumbing during your daily tasks. Additionally, guiding new team members in best practices while adhering to GMP and safety protocols is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Operate Rich’s SCADA system effectively
• Train team members on essential maintenance skills
• Maintain protected and orderly work areas
• Assist operations with basic equipment troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Must hold Industrial Millwright (Mechanic) 433a certification
• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred 3-5 years in food processing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with operations and production improvement initiatives
