Responsibilities:

- Connect with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss and resolve outstanding balances
- Use your French and English language skills daily when speaking with customers and working with internal teams




- Work with customers to set up realistic and compliant payment arrangements
- Keep account details up to date by accurately documenting interactions and actions taken

Requirements:

- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of banking industry experience
- Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort using collections tools, systems, and standard computer applications
