Gain invaluable experience with Forum Asset Management as an IT Intern in the Toronto office. This role focuses on supporting IT operations and getting hands-on with AI and automation projects.
This internship is a full-time, in-office position beginning in September 2026, lasting 4 or 8 months. As an integral part of the IT team, you will tackle real IT tickets and enhance processes from day one. Key duties include supporting hardware and software requests, assisting in onboarding new hires, and contributing to essential documentation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily IT tickets in ConnectWise/Jira queue
• Assist in recent hire laptop and account provisioning
• Manage hardware and asset inventory and repairs
• Help with Microsoft 365 account setup and updates
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Computer Science or IT program
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and M365
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation
• Strong writing skills for technical documentation
• Ability to work well under pressure
