Collaborating efficiently with Sales, Marketing, and Operations will enable you to gather insights for service refinement, enhancing overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop solid business relationships with agents

• Provide valuable training on products, services,



and the Agent Portal
• Organize agent seminars and visits to Miami office
• Facilitate communication to resolve commission inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Account Management or similar role
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt under pressure
