Key Responsibilities:



• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial property portfolio • Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants • Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets • Review financial statements to improve performance • Oversee capital improvement projects from start to finish

Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of commercial property management experience • Active BCFSA Rental Property Management License • Solid financial acumen and budget preparation skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar software
