As a key player, you will report directly to the Director of Reliability, managing a centralized operations monitoring team in Burlington, Ontario. Your role involves collaborating with various departments, establishing standardized practices, and ensuring issues are addressed promptly. With a focus on environmental impact, you will drive innovation in operations monitoring while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the CORE function
• Establish standardized monitoring and escalation practices
• Recruit, mentor,
and develop CORE Operators
• Monitor operational performance across multiple facilities
• Coordinate issue escalation across functional teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum seven years in industrial operations
• Experience with SCADA and operational tools
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with travel availability
