As a full time Head of IT Consulting, you will directly report to the CEO and oversee consulting delivery in British Columbia. This role demands 7+ years of experience in IT consulting and strategic project management. Your responsibilities will include acting as a vCIO, developing IT roadmaps, and ensuring project success while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own P&L; and strategic roadmap of IT consulting unit • Identify growth opportunities within current client accounts • Mentor and scale high-performing IT teams • Lead complex IT projects from inception to completion • Manage relationships with municipal leaders and First Nations administrations
Requirements: • 7+ years in IT consulting or senior IT leadership roles • Proven success with public sectors and First Nations • Experience as vCIO or IT Advisor for public entities • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Solid communication and cultural competency skills
