As the Team Lead, Recreation, you will report directly to the Manager of Recreation. This role is essential for coordinating and supervising a range of engaging programming for various community groups including seniors, youth, and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise delivery of recreation programs and services
• Develop and evaluate inclusive activities for all ages
• Monitor program quality and guest satisfaction




• Oversee publication of seasonal Activity Guides
• Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation or related field
• Minimum 3 years of recreation experience
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED Certificate
