Step into the role of Occupational Therapist focused on Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for mental health clients. This position emphasizes rehabilitation and client-centered care within a full time framework.
Located in Burnaby, B.C., you will work with clients experiencing persistent mental health challenges. This role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver assessments, create individualized intervention plans, and facilitate effective support services. Engaging with clients and community resources will play a vital part in promoting their recovery and life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement psychosocial rehabilitation assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with clients to develop rehabilitation goals




• Provide educational support to clients and families
• Maintain connections with community service providers
• Participate in program evaluation and monitoring
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Two years’ experience in a relevant setting
• Registration with the College of Health Specialists
• Valid B.C. Driver's License
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
