As a critical member of the Maintenance Team, you’ll report to the Maintenance Supervisor. You'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex mill electrical systems while responding to equipment breakdowns. We are looking for candidates who prioritize continuous improvement and commitment to secure practices, bringing advanced problem-solving skills to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job risk assessments and create safety plans
• Diagnose electrical issues in mill equipment efficiently




• Perform preventative maintenance and document improvements
• Respond promptly to critical equipment breakdowns
• Execute quality repairs per industry standards
Requirements:
• Legally work in Canada
• Minimum two years in an industrial workplace
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Ability to work 7 days on/7 days off schedule
