The Clinical Leader Development works under the Manager to design and implement training programs while mentoring staff. Key duties include providing orientation for recent staff, coordinating learner placements, and acting as a clinical resource within the health care team. Your involvement in educational planning and support for evidence-based nursing care will significantly enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver educational activities for RDU staff
• Mentor peers and coordinate learner placements




• Support front-line teams with expert clinical advice
• Facilitate effective communication within healthcare teams
• Lead the integration of research into nursing standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Five years of clinical experience in Pediatric Nephrology
• Licensed or eligible for provincial licensure
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Current BLS certification required
