As an experienced HSE Superintendent, you will oversee HSE operations, ensuring adherence to regulations, conducting risk assessments, and coaching teams in safety practices. This position requires a robust commitment to safety and entails both field and office work. You will play a critical role in engaging with teams to achieve Target Zero and improve HSE culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE management system across assigned rigs
• Conduct regular rig visits and coaching for safety compliance
• Facilitate hazard assessments and incident investigations




• Monitor HSE performance using real-time data tracking
• Engage in employee training and ensure safety standards adherence
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and data analytics
• Safety tickets including H2S, First Aid, and WHIMS
• Prior experience in wellsite leadership preferred
• Solid critical thinking and integrity
