In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting shop drawings, milling wood, and fabricating custom pieces with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. You will collaborate with a supportive group, using your minimum six years of experience in a high-end millwork shop to impact project success positively. Efficiency in workflows and meticulous equipment maintenance are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret drawings and material specs quickly
• Mill solid wood utilizing traditional techniques
• Cut sheet goods efficiently to minimize waste




• Install cabinet hardware according to specifications
• Maintain shop machinery to top standards
Requirements:
• At least six years of millwork shop experience
• Equivalency to Red Seal ticketed journeyperson preferred
• Expertise in furniture and architectural millwork
• Able to interpret technical drawings easily
• Possess valid BC driver’s license without restrictions
