This position involves providing comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management in a community-focused setting. You will emphasize culturally protected practices, especially with Indigenous clients, while navigating the complexities of substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Cooperative work with interdisciplinary teams and community resources will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client evaluations and determine treatment plans
• Offer individual and group therapy support
• Coordinate referrals to community resources




• Educate clients and families on mental health
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or relevant field
• At least 2 years' experience in mental health services
• Knowledge of Indigenous health protocols
• Registration eligibility with a qualified association
• Valid B.C. driver’s license required
