As part of the Electrical Product Safety Department, you will perform detailed inspections and testing across various electrical products. Applicants must have a background in product testing, demonstrate technical competence, and be open to some travel throughout British Columbia and Alberta. Flexibility in work hours is essential to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and execute factory inspections and reporting • Conduct tests against CSA and NFPA standards • Develop and maintain testing protocols and documentation • Assist Project Managers with assigned tasks • Communicate findings effectively to clients and management
Requirements: • Engineering technical diploma or equivalent • 3 years of experience in electrical testing • Solid knowledge of CEC and NEC standards • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Capacity to lift 50 pounds and travel as required
