This full time position in Community High Intensity Treatment requires your expertise in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. You will provide coordination of care, support daily living skills, and foster social engagement for individuals with serious mental illness. Your contributions will not only impact individual recoveries but also strengthen regional mental health resources through collaborative care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen inquiries and determine urgency for services
• Build therapeutic relationships in natural environments
• Coordinate treatment and rehabilitation per recovery plans
• Collaborate on medication management within recovery plans
• Assist with daily living skills and social skill development
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Two years’ clinical experience with responsible mental illnesses
• Advanced training in evidence-based therapies (CBT, IPT, DBT)
• Experience with community mental health agencies
• Knowledge of concurrent disorders and youth transitional needs
