Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements in QuickBooks Online
• Review accounts receivable/accounts payable with 3rd party applications
• Process payroll and review time entries




• Prepare GST/HST/PST reports to file with CRA
• Collaborate with clients and mentor junior accountants
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Bookkeeping certification or equivalent
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
• Excellent communication and detail orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
