Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate organizational development programs and training sessions • Track compliance with L&D; and OD initiatives • Manage training schedules and logistics for events • Conduct recent-hire orientations and facilitate training • Gather data to identify training needs from feedback

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum of two years’ administrative or HR experience • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
