Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, HR partners, and hiring managers, your focus will be on continuous improvement of onboarding, workflows, and recruitment data accuracy. Ideal candidates should be systems-minded, organized, and comfortable using ATS and HRIS platforms to support impactful hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations from offer acceptance to onboarding readiness
• Improve Eclipse Automation’s bi-weekly onboarding program




• Optimize processes within Dayforce ATS for compliance
• Support recruitment reporting and operational excellence
• Lead Early Careers recruitment initiatives with colleges
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms
• Experience in onboarding program management
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Ability to improve workflows and processes
