In this vital role, you will lead the receiving team at Ocean Spray, ensuring targets are met and operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include directing seasonal and year-round employees, managing equipment conditions, and supervising FSQA performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with grower-owners for optimal fruit receiving services while taking charge in the station manager's absence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead seasonal and year-round receiving station employees
• Ensure safe and effective operations to meet targets




• Develop and report on key operating measures
• Administer A/P and oversee monthly reporting

Requirements:
• Associate's Degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving operations
