Reporting to the Brand Growth Director, you will lead the marketing efforts for the Neutrogena brand, driving P&L; and market share outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful business plans and ensure brand initiatives align with consumer needs. Your mentorship of team members is crucial, helping to shape future leaders at Kenvue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand vision and multi-year strategic plans
• Develop annual business plans to enhance market penetration
• Oversee consumer programs including advertising and promotions
• Collaborate with internal departments for coordinated efforts
• Identify recent business prospects for growth
Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years progressive marketing experience
• P&L; management and people management experience
• Robust communication and collaboration skills
• Background in Consumer Packaged Goods preferred
