The Office of Institutional Commitments is seeking a full time Research Associate for a 24-month term. You will become the subject-matter expert in evaluation frameworks and methodologies that demonstrate the effectiveness of UCalgary's strategies. This role requires collaboration across faculties and a high degree of qualified judgment in analytical methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop evaluation frameworks for institutional initiatives
• Implement evaluation methodologies for OIC projects
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data effectively
• Lead reporting systems that communicate OIC's impact
• Collaborate on integrated data visualizations and dashboards
Requirements:
• PhD in social sciences, health sciences, or related field
• 8 years of experience in evaluation and impact assessment
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques
• Solid project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with institutional commitment areas
