As a registered Pharmacist, you will lead the establishment of our Edmonton pharmacy while receiving comprehensive training at our Calgary Head Office. This position demands expertise in pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and solid leadership to ensure effective, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise staff and manage daily pharmacy operations • Onboard, train, and evaluate pharmacy personnel • Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements • Provide patient counseling and direct medication billing • Coordinate efficiently with Call Center and Lab departments

Requirements: • Registered Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacy • Minimum 2 years of registration in Canada • Robust knowledge of pharmacy practice standards • Leadership and organizational skills necessary • Experience with pharmacy management or workflows preferred
