We are seeking a FinOps Business Analyst with robust expertise in cloud technologies, business analysis, and Azure-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, support solution delivery, and drive successful cloud and FinOps initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and objectives. Work closely with source data teams to understand data definitions, relationships, and dependencies. Map business requirements to data sources and components, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business objectives. Prepare explicit and detailed functional specifications and documentation that translate business requirements into actionable Azure solutions. Support testing and validation activities by developing test plans and assisting with solution verification against business requirements. Serve as the liaison between business and development teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Assist with project planning and execution,



providing business and technical insights to support successful implementations. Leverage knowledge of mortgage creditor insurance (preferred) to align technology solutions with industry-specific requirements. Required Skills

Robust experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark for data querying, manipulation, and analysis. Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, data quality control, and ETL processes. Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including: Power BI Strong understanding of Cloud Consulting and FinOps concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Pentaho Reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripted infrastructure deployments, preferably Terraform. Experience developing modern applications using languages such as: Python Java .NET Go Experience using source control/version management tools such as:
