This role seeks a Licensed Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) with a minimum of three years of structural engineering experience. You will lead structural projects from proposal through to completion, ensuring high-quality execution while collaborating closely with clients. Excellent technical and communication skills are vital for guiding your team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of structural engineering projects
• Develop project proposals and manage budgets
• Review engineering drawings and conduct site assessments




• Create designs mainly for residential and commercial applications
• Support and mentor junior engineers in their development
Requirements:
• Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
• At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural software
• Solid organizational and client management skills
• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
